Danny is very talented.
Genesis 11:6 doesnt apply here so why bring it in? You just ruined a good post and turned it into your usual drivel again.

When I was about 8 I had a new friend come over for dinner. Trevor was tubby and ginger.
It was summer and my mother and I picked him up from his home and drove him the 2 miles to our old large house (compared to his). It was late afternoon. There are mirrors all over the place in this house as my mother has always liked them.
We arrive home and within about 3 minutes Trevor asked for the toilet. Our loo was upstairs, which for him meant a trip up there on his own, 1st door on the right, I waited at the bottom of the stairs in the hallway. Within 30 seconds I hear crying and Trevor comes rushing back down and tells me he saw a "witch" and is in a distressed state and wants to go home.
I live in that house and have done so since birth, I fear the supernatural and have already had what I then thought was my own experience aged six, yet I doubt his account right then right there.
I tell mother the problem and we drive him back home again.
So what is the most likely explanation here?
He saw a witch?
He was a scared little boy who saw a reflection he didnt understand and his imagination jumped to an incorrect conclusion?
My 8 year old supernatural fearing brain said he made a mistake.
How about a poll? Anyone here think he saw a witch? If so why exactly?
I bet if Trevor was on this forum now he may well give his "experience" here and may even still believe he saw something. The human brain sees with more than the eyes, the brain fills in a lot of gaps and does processing on the fly, mistakes are sometimes made.

If that is your ghost story seraphim then you should be embarrassed to even link to it.
Age 5, watching a magic show on TV, sees a magician in the window... really? is that it?
My god man, my inverted broom coming thru my bedroom and disappearing thru the closed door and then my wardrobe talking to me age 6 was a much more convincing account and I now know that I was mistaken about all of that.
All childhood accounts like these should be dismissed out of hand, everyone knows what kids imaginations are like at that age.

I think you're a prude now and probably always have been viola.
Kids are under age for what? Seeing a pair of boobs on a postcard will do what exactly? ....These are girls who have boobs of their own arent they?

Why does Organic Chemistry prove God's exists?
by KateWild inso bring it on, and lay the evidence on me, kate (but perhaps you should start a new thread).-adam.
it does not prove god exists, there is no substantial evidence god is real.
if one is a self labeled atheist, one has no desire to see gods fingerprints in organic chemistry.

Many atheists are not as religious as me therefore god exists.... hmmm.
I am a very religious person therefore god exists..... hmmm.
Carbon lifeforms therefore god exists..... hmmm.
Are you just trolling again and being an attention whore?
Do you care whether what you believe and think is actually true or just that it makes you feel good?

IS there anything one moment or experience that still haunts you?
by confusedandalone inlast night me and the wife were talking about things that happened to each of us while in the borg that we wished we could have reacted differently... i mean really put someone in thier place for the foolish thing they said or the deplorable action that enacted upon you.
my wife literally almost came to tears relating something that i was not aware... i wanted to end up going back to the hall for a monthy or so just too handle it.. .
do you have anything you would like to share to help us remove our own thoughts from our minds lol.

You can pretty much post any account you like but just avoid using real names and photos to be sensible about it.

Leave em up, if that causes offence then tough, they are not your friends, they are your friends family and you are likely over thinking their opinion of you. If the girls are raised as strict Christian then they will need every chance to see that sort of thing I say. LOL.
